Dragon Game Servers is proud to announce the addition of group pay feature to our billing system. We will now provide you with a web link that can be used to allow others to contribute directly to your bill without any login details.
This web link will offer you a totally secure means for allowing others to donate directly to your bill without exposing your personal information or risking them ordering extra stuff on your account. But please note we maintain our policy that services must be paid for before they will be setup. So we recommend paying your initial invoice in full then using group pay for future invoices. Also please note you are still responsible for ensuring timely payment in full to avoid service interruption.

Dragon Game Servers will be conducting a billing system change over this week or perhaps next. During the actual change over orders will not go through, it is also possible that an order timed just right (or wrong depending on how you look at it) could get lost. We will make every attempt possible to avoid this problem, but should it occur please notify us by support ticket or emails. We will promptly investigate and if payment was made (all payments can be verified through paypal or our merchant account depending on how you pay as these are separate from our billing system and unaffected by this change) manually setup your server immediately.
Please note if you have bills/invoices due you still need to pay them, accounts will still be suspended for nonpayment.
Any errors of service not being setup after payment, or account being incorrectly suspended will receive a 10% refund this month as our apologies for the mistake. But our find an error special does not count for billing and ordering systems until the change over has been completed!

After reviewing the support tickets for the last couple months I noticed a repeat pattern. Repeated ftp connection complaints from FileZilla users. So I have spent the last couple days testing several different ftp programs.
FileZilla repeatedly gave timeout errors when all others would work. These errors were not constant, IE it would connect, then it would not. None of the other ftp programs tested experienced these problems.
So while will continue to send you screenshots and help as we can, we will not be bending over backwards to support FileZilla.

I didn't write the program,, I don't know what they did differently. But when all other ftp programs are connecting fine, and its problem is intermittent. The problem is the software, not us!

There are some problems with our provider for these locations, unfortunately we choose the same one for all of them.
We do wish to continue service in these areas, and are fervently working to try and asses our situation and find a resolution. But until we have a fix we can't ensure what will happen so we will not be taking any new orders for these areas until we have a fix as we do not believe in taking orders when we can't make good on the full agreement.
Please bare with us, and hopefully we will be able to bring ordering for these locations back quickly.

Our Dallas location is still good and strong without any troubles.

Saturday, April 5th, starting at approximately 12AM CST, we will be conducting minor power equipment upgrades to our Dallas location. The maintenance will take no longer than one hour, with minimal downtime expected within the time frame. Only Dallas Ventrillo clients will not be effected, and no other Dallas services will be interrupted.
