There are some problems with our provider for these locations, unfortunately we choose the same one for all of them.
We do wish to continue service in these areas, and are fervently working to try and asses our situation and find a resolution. But until we have a fix we can't ensure what will happen so we will not be taking any new orders for these areas until we have a fix as we do not believe in taking orders when we can't make good on the full agreement. Please bare with us, and hopefully we will be able to bring ordering for these locations back quickly. Our Dallas location is still good and strong without any troubles. Thanks, DGS |
